Quotes, pricing & booking
How do I get a quote?
Call or text (859) 428-7957, email curriescleaningservices@gmail.com, or use the quote form. Tell us your town, property type, size, the type of clean and how often. Photos help.
Are quotes free?
Yes. Quotes and commercial walkthroughs are free and there is no obligation.
Why don't you list prices online?
Cleaning time varies a lot with size, condition and the type of clean, so we quote each job to give an accurate price up front instead of adding fees later. See how cleaning prices are figured.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. Supplies and equipment are included with every clean. If you want a specific product used in your home, leave it out and let us know.
Do I have to be home?
No. You can leave a key or door code, or be there if you prefer. For move-out and construction cleans, just make sure water and power are on.
What is the best way to reach you?
Call or text (859) 428-7957. Texting a few photos is the fastest way to get a quote.
Post-construction cleaning
What are the phases of post-construction cleaning?
Rough clean (after drywall, before finishes), final clean (after the trades finish, before the walkthrough) and touch-up clean (right before closing or move-in). Details in our phases guide.
Do you clean after remodels in occupied homes?
Yes. Kitchen, bathroom, basement and addition remodels spread dust through the rest of the house, so we clean the work area and the rooms around it.
Can you remove paint and stickers from windows?
Yes. Paint specks, tape and labels are removed from glass and fixtures with methods that are safe for the surface. Anything that can't be removed safely is pointed out to you.
Do you clean new commercial build-outs?
Yes. Offices, storefronts and suites get a construction clean before opening, and we can continue with regular commercial cleaning afterward.
House, deep & move-out cleaning
What is included in a regular house cleaning?
Kitchen surfaces, sink and appliance exteriors, bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, dusting, mirrors, floors vacuumed and mopped, and trash emptied. See the full checklist.
What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A deep clean adds hand-wiped baseboards, degreased cabinet fronts, scrubbed grout, vents and fixtures, and inside the oven and fridge on request. It takes about two to three times longer. Read deep vs regular cleaning.
How often should I get my house cleaned?
Every two weeks is the most common choice. Weekly suits busy households with kids or pets; monthly suits lighter households.
What does a move-out clean include?
Everything inside the empty home: inside cabinets, drawers, closets and appliances, full bathrooms, baseboards, window sills and tracks, and floors. See move-out cleaning.
What do landlords check at move-out?
Usually the oven, refrigerator, kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, floors, baseboards and walls. Our move-out checklist covers each one.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Tell us about pets when you ask for a quote, since pet hair adds time.
Commercial & rental cleaning
Do you clean offices after hours?
Yes. Commercial cleaning is scheduled around your hours: evenings, early mornings or weekends.
Do you clean churches?
Yes. Sanctuaries, fellowship halls, classrooms, kitchens and restrooms, often scheduled before weekend services.
How does commercial cleaning pricing work?
After a free walkthrough we write down the scope and frequency and quote a price per visit or per month.
Do you clean Airbnb and VRBO rentals?
Yes. Turnover cleaning between guests, with a consistent checklist and photos of any damage or missing items. See vacation rental cleaning.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. We clean rental units between tenants and can handle repeat turnovers as units come open.
